Privacy

This site only collects personal data if you fill in the demo request form. Here is what happens to it.

Data controller

Data collected

Full name, position, municipality or local authority, population (optional), email address, phone (optional), your message (optional) and the language of the page you used.

Purpose and legal basis

This information is only used to contact you to arrange a demonstration of Territolia and to answer your questions. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Recipients

Your request is sent by email to LMID Solutions, and to nobody else. It is never sold, passed on or used for marketing unrelated to your request.

Retention period

In line with the French data protection authority's (CNIL) reference framework for commercial activities, your data is kept for three years from your request or from your last contact with us (for example, a new request or a reply to our exchanges), then deleted. If you object to being contacted again, we keep a record of that objection for as long as needed to respect it. The server's technical logs, which may contain a copy of the request if sending fails, are kept for a few days at most. The connection IP address is only kept in memory, for one hour at most, to limit abusive submissions.

Your rights

You may withdraw your consent at any time, and ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing or object to it, as well as data portability, by writing to contact@territolia.fr. If you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Hosting and security

The site is hosted in the European Union (Hetzner Online GmbH). Exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). The site sets no cookies, uses no audience measurement tool and loads no third-party resource.
