Every service has two sides: what residents do online, and what staff configure and follow up. The IT department runs a lean application, with no surprises.

Residents

Everyday formalities, in one place, at any time, from a phone.

  • School meals in one click

    One click on a calendar day books the meal, a second click cancels it. Book several weeks at once; weekends, public holidays and school holidays of the zone are closed automatically.

  • After-school care, clubs and rooms

    Choose an after-school slot, sign up for an activity (with a waiting list), request a municipal room: the town hall approves.

  • A family wallet

    Balance, history and monthly invoices. Payment at the counter by cash or cheque; online payment with PayFiP (French Treasury) being integrated.

    Room requests and club sign-ups, headcounts per school and class, the day's attendance list to print or download as CSV.

  • A front desk that leaves nobody behind

    Registration with or without an account, cash and cheques, a running tab per child. The front desk can act on behalf of a resident: mandatory reason, visible banner, every action logged.

  • Publish without a developer

    News, pages and sub-pages, visual editor, draft then publication, in French and English. Pasted content is sanitised: no script gets through.

  • Staff planning

    Tasks, work cycles, field reports, leave approved and counted excluding public holidays. No geolocation, no clock-in.

The IT department

Everything a town-hall IT person has to do is done from the site.

Families pay the municipality's public cashier (régie): the funds land on the cashier's deposit account at the French Treasury. Territolia holds no funds; it keeps the ledger and makes reconciliation easier.

    A service hosted in the European Union, each municipality in its own isolated space, or an installation on the town hall's server with exactly the same software: the municipality stays independent.

    After every deployment, a scan (OWASP ZAP and dedicated checks: content security policy, cookies, injections) grades the site. Argon2id passwords, complete audit log.

    Complete database export at any time, accounts exportable as CSV, open-source building blocks (Go, PostgreSQL): your data belongs to you and leaves with you.

  • Quality checked continuously

    The whole test book is replayed by a robot that clicks like a user, at every release, in all four themes. A regression blocks the release.
