Territolia Early Years · private and non-profit nurseries, micro-nurseries

Your nursery online, for families and the team.

Requesting a place, signing the contract, reporting an absence, reading their child's day, paying the month's invoice: families do everything in one place, and the team spends less time on the phone.

  • No health data, no advertising
  • Payments paid into the setting's account
  • Usable by people with disabilities
A child's page on the demo micro-nursery portal (French interface): their day on 15 October (outing, lunch all eaten, nappy change at 11:30, nap from 12:40 to 14:30), the absence reported by the family and deducted from the invoice, and the two people authorised to collect the child. Features

From the place request to the month's invoice

What a family does online, the team and the management find and handle on their side.

Families

Nursery business, from a phone, at any hour.

  • Request a place online

Regular care (requested days and hours) or occasional care: the request joins the waiting list. When a place comes free, the nursery offers it and the family accepts or declines online, before the deadline.

  • A clear contract, signed online

Days, hours, hourly rate and monthly fee, readable before accepting with one click. The family can also sign on paper at the front desk.

  • Their child's day

Meals and how much was eaten, nap, nappy change, activity: the day's updates, entered by the team in fields made for that, with no free text.

  • Absences and authorised persons

Report an absence in advance, with no reason required, and keep the list of people authorised to collect the child up to date.

  • The month's invoice, paid online

A detailed monthly invoice, payable by card on Stripe's payment page, from the wallet or at the front desk. Each parent has their own account and can be invited as the child's guardian.

A family's September invoice (French interface): Pay online button, wallet balance, payment also possible at the front desk, then the breakdown (extra nursery hours, monthly fee with 9 hours deducted), the total and the amount due. (enlarge image)

The team with the children

The right child, at the right time, with the right people: without a notebook or a whiteboard.

  • Today's planning, group by group

The children expected with their hours, the absentees, occasional care and the people authorised to collect each child.

  • Arrivals and departures checked in

One click on arrival, another on departure: extra hours are worked out automatically for the month's invoice.

  • Daily updates at a glance

Meals, nap, nappy change and activity entered for a whole group on a single form, read by families the same day, deleted after the period set by the nursery.

  • The front desk

A place request filed for a family, an absence recorded, a paper signature noted: everything is logged.

  • The team's tasks

Staff tasks and schedules, leave requests approved online.

Today's planning on the team side (French interface): reminder never to enter health data, the Les Coccinelles group with 6 of 7 places taken, link to the group's daily updates, then for each child the planned hours, arrival and departure to check in and their authorised persons. (enlarge image)

Management and administration

Places, contracts and invoices kept in one place, with nothing retyped.

  • Settings, groups and places

Opening hours and days, groups and their places, annual closures. Public holidays are closed automatically.

  • Waiting list and places offered

Requests in order of arrival. Offer a place in a group from a start date, with the remaining places in view, or decline with a reason passed on to the family.

  • Monthly contracts

Regular or occasional contract at the hourly rate you set. The monthly fee is worked out automatically (hours per week, weeks per year, number of months), and a contract ending mid-way is prorated.

  • The month's invoice, drawn up afterwards

Monthly fee, extra hours rounded up to the started block, deductions for absences reported in time and for closures. Credit notes, reminders, payments online or at the front desk, exports.

  • Keeping families informed

News, agenda, newsletter, consultations by secret ballot and alerts: banner, notification, and for an important alert, an email to everyone and a text message to families who opted in.

Care contracts on the management side (French interface): for each child and their guardians, the group, dates, days and hours, the calculated monthly fee (amount per month and hours) or the hourly rate of occasional care, and the status, active or to be signed. (enlarge image)

Commitments

Our commitments to your nursery

Money, children's data, accessibility: we dealt with these first.

Money goes straight to the nursery

The family pays its invoice by card, on Stripe's payment page: the funds land in the setting's own Stripe account, which it opens and manages itself. Territolia Early Years draws up the invoices and keeps the ledger, without ever holding the money.

  • No commission from us: only Stripe's fees apply, at its own rates
  • No card details pass through the portal
  • Payments at the front desk in cash or by cheque, with recorded cancellation
  • One invoice per month, drawn up afterwards: a service is never invoiced twice
  1. The familypays the month's invoice by card, on Stripe's secure page
  2. The nurseryreceives the payment in its own account
  3. Territoliamarks the invoice paid and keeps the ledger
  • No health data

No medical records, vaccinations, allergies, individual care plans or medication in the portal, and no free-text field to note them in: daily updates only have fields made for that, and are deleted after the period set by the nursery.

  • Families are not a product

No advertising, no tracking tool, no third-party artificial intelligence. Only card payments go through Stripe's page.

  • Accessible to everyone

The portal works with a keyboard and a screen reader. It follows the French government's accessibility standard (RGAA), and the accessibility statement comes with the portal.

  • Your data in the European Union, or with you

Hosted by us in the European Union, each setting in its own separate space; or installed on your own server, with the same software. Complete backups, scheduled and downloadable.

  • A direct contact

Territolia is published by LMID Solutions, in Plaissan, in the Hérault department of southern France. You talk to the person who makes the software. A short training session by video call, and your team is self-sufficient.

  • For every family

Readable on a phone, in French, English or Spanish. A bell tells everyone what concerns them: place offered, contract to sign, invoice available.

Demonstration

Try the portal of a sample nursery

The demo portal belongs to a fictional nursery: children, families and data are invented, and the interface is in French. Browse it freely, then ask us for a presentation.

  • Family side
request a place, accept a contract, read the day, pay the invoice.
  • Team side
check in arrivals, enter a group's daily updates.
  • Management side
offer a place, draw up a contract, follow the invoices.

Editions

An edition for every organisation

Municipality, independent school, association, nursery: each edition brings together the services its organisation needs, on the same software. Choose yours.

Demonstration

  2. A one-month trial

Every service, from installation, with no commitment.

  3. A short training session, then you are self-sufficient
